Board Meetings
Board meetings are held monthly January-May and September- November on the third Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the Library. Meetings are open to the public. If a board meeting lands on a holiday it will be held on the following Monday. 

Minutes for the April 21 meeting will be approved on May 19.

April 21, 2025

Tessa called the meeting to order at 5:32 with 4 members present and 2 via phone. The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved with a motion by Stacy and seconded by Michelle.

Michelle reported a total of $52,060.73 in all accounts. Curtis made a motion to accept report and pay all outstanding bills. Tina seconded and motion carried.

Jeana shared the past months reports with 87 patron visits, 5 reference questions, 117 total items checked out. A total of 19 books were added to the collection 13 adult, 1 teen, and 5 children. Jeana asked for permission to get rid of a set of encyclopedias to have some shelf space. Permission granted.

Unfinished business, the manual was adopted that now includes the cyber security changes and President’s name change. Michelle made the motion to accept and Stacy seconded.

New Business: word was received from the Joanne DeTienne estate that the library is a beneficiary. Paperwork has been received and needs to be signed by the designated parties. A motion was made to accept the donation from Joanne DeTienne estate by George and seconded by Stacy.

Meeting dates will be changed to the third Monday due to conflicts.
