The mission and history of the Wellsville Public Library.

The mission of the Wellsville Public Library is to serve the citizens of Wellsville with resources and services that enhance learning.

The library system holds approximately 17,100 materials, including books, audiobooks, and movies.

The Wellsville Public Library was created in the 1944s by local citizens seeing the need for a community library. The library has been located at its present location since 1953.
